Rick lost 35 kg's quitted smoking and succeeded in both keeping the weight off and the cigarettes out of the system. That makes him special because for both weight loss and quitting smoking the faillure rate is above 90%. Rick found the secret sauce and is always willing to coach people into that lifestyle.
